The Couture Group has years of experience conducting search assignments for our clients. Our searches are conducted on an exclusive assignment or fully retained fee basis. Our fees are paid only by our client company and are based upon a formula directly tied to the total annualized compensation of the candidate. Executive Search is an extremely cost-effective method of solving a corporate problem or implementing strategic plans which require key management or engineering talent. The exclusive search assignment is normally initiated with an advanced retainer or engagement fee which will be credited to the agreed upon placement charges. Our fee may be paid in incremental installments. If we do not find the candidate you seek, no additional fees are charged.

The Couture Group uses advanced Internet research to efficiently identify qualified passive job candidates. These engineering, science or contracts professionals are currently employed and not actively pursuing a job change, which usually places them beyond the reach of traditional recruiters using only yesterday’s search techniques and tools.

If one of our candidates does not meet with your approval, upon our notification, you will receive and immediate response to provide you a candidate who will meet your expectations. We operate our business with long term goals and relationships, and look forward to serving now and in the future.
